EAPL rescues animals that have been abandoned or lost in Evergreen or our mountain communities (often working with Animal Control). In addition, EAPL saves animals from several shelters in the region, most who are in danger of being euthanized. EAPL does not operate a physical shelter. Except for most of our adult cats who live in our Cat Adoption Center in Chow Down Pet Supply in Bergen Village Shopping Center, all EAPL animals are living in foster homes.
